What You’ll Do
As a Human Resource Intern at ACTS Achi & Ahia, Inc., you will be an integral part of our day-to-day operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
Recruitment Support: Screen candidate resumes and application forms, and take charge of scheduling and confirming interviews.
Administrative & Clerical Assistance: Provide essential day-to-day clerical support to the HR manager and staff, ensuring the efficient operation of the HR office.
Event & Program Coordination: Assist in the planning, coordination, and facilitation of staff activities, team meetings, and employee training sessions.
Policy & Reporting: Help ensure the smooth execution of HR policies and procedures, prepare necessary HR-related reports, and proactively keep the department updated on any relevant HR concerns.
General Team Support: Collaborate closely with the broader Human Resource Department and perform a variety of other administrative tasks and related duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should be eager to learn and meet the following qualifications:
Relevant Field of Study: Currently enrolled as a student in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related course.
Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of MS Office, with a specific emphasis on advanced MS Excel skills (including pivot tables, macros, and graphs).
